Acres of parks and miles of trails offer an abundance of recreational opportunities for every Whitney Ranch resident. The 40-acre Whitney Community Park includes four lighted baseball fields, two soccer fields, and playgrounds. While the miles of trails and footpaths throughout Whitney Ranch give residents easy walkable access to the community park, the pool and gathering rooms at the Ranch House, Whitney High School, and local retail centers.

Amenities

Multi-purpose, lighted sports field complex for soccer, baseball, and softball, restrooms, concession area, multi-level play structure, squirt park, an open grass area, covered picnic areas and two parking areas, as well as numerous sidewalks and walking paths where Whitney Ranch residents will enjoy a morning jog or an evening stroll. Numerous trees line the park walkways and service paths, and the Audubon demonstration garden involving the Sierra Foothills Audubon Society showcases regional plants and flowers.  Phase 1 of the 40-acre Community Park opened in March 2008.
